Unless stated our vinyl record collection is second hand and is sold as seen. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all are in excellent condition there may be a rare occasion when your vinyl is damaged or unplayable. We ask that you contact us directly to arrange a full refund in such cases.
For some of our listed m/m or 'New' items - we master bag as many of our records as possible in our store to prevent theft when people are in the physical shop. We put the physical vinyl out of the cover to keep safe away from customers and leave the sleeve out on display in a plastic cover in the racks. This might mean the item is not sealed, contact us if you would like more information from us about this.
